Don't forget to include The Mittani and other Goonie directors in this, since they spilled a player's real-life information on the board also. Also of course the client hack. And Remedial's account sharing, which was widely and clearly documented.
Why is it okay for the Goonies to cheat, to meta-game, to spread real-life info around, and no one ever talks about it, and there are no repercussions?

Originally by: Yazoul Samaiel You ppl represent the lowest form of rivalry and ethics since your entire intention for the above low life acts are just based on the greed of just wanting to win in a frickin game on the expense of ppl's RL.
So as a member of BoB, you admit that SirMolle was out of line posting K's RL info?

No more than The Mitanni, the goonie spy director, who did *exactly* the same -- and worse -- repeatedly. For that matter, he's the author of the portrait pack hack that hundreds of Goonies used to cheat at the game. And Remedial demonstrably shared his account.
If we're going on a witch-hunt, let's make sure to get ALL the witches, eh?

Originally by: RaBbLe66 If BoB as a whole has committed misconducts, actions will be taken accordingly once CCP is done investigating..thats how it's always been in every case.
But that is the point..
BoB has been PROVED to operate a cynonet by account sharing, yet ZERO punshiment
Sir Molle has been shown to have posted RL info but no action is taken
*Snipped for brevity*
etc etc etc......
Like it or not CCP is NOT dealing equally with BoB, and while CCP Pet Alliance may be a little tongue in cheek the FACTS remain that CCP will not take action against them no matter how much evidence is presented.
and until CCP address that issue Kugutsumen has every right to be agrieved and make life as uncomfortable for CCP and its employees as possible
D2 has a cynonet (and hacked a forum for IP addresses).
Several Goonies, including The Mittani, posted a player's RL info on the boards. The Mittani did so several times.
Goonie leader Remedial shared his account.
Goonies hacked the client.
Again, if we're going to go on a witch-hunt, let's get all the witches.

I certainly can! They'll get modded out, but they've been posted before, and still exist on eve-search. It's all old news. For some reason, no one cared about any of this until it involved BoB. Now why is that? I guess cleaning up Eve isn't the real priority for some people.

I believed, and still believe that we owe our player community the right to be the focus of EVE, without paid employees using dirty tricks to swing our universe in their favor. Even playing by the rules, I frown on employees being power players to the extent that their gameplay results in any sort of domination over others. I don't believe CCP employees should run the EVE universe; that spot is reserved for the paying customer. EVE is a sandbox, but it's not our sandbox. We're here to keep it clean and provide the sand.
When a CCP employee pilots a Titan in a time of war, they're no longer a 'minor player'... they're actively shaping the outcome of the game in a way that most 'normal' paying customers are not able to. A Titan can, if nothing else, dominate the playfield by being able to kill massive numbers of paying customers almost instantly.
So you can take your blanket denial and fold it till it's all sharp corners... as long as CCP employees are effecting the outcomes in-game in a way that most paying customers cannot, you're going to continue to have a perception and claims of cheating and abuse.
Yeah? How about listing all the Enslaver's kills with the titan since he joined CCP? The LV killboard is public -- knock yourself out.
And for that matter, he *earned* that titan with his skill and dedication as player in the *years* before he ever joined CCP.
